What people pointed out in the sales documents: instructions telling salespeople to tell you that you can cancel within 5 days but lose your deposit (not what Mexican law says); a line about needing to "get them past the five days" and "through the cash out"; a scripted pitch claiming a timeshare's price rises 15% a year and that you can resell it in five years at the purchase price; and a rental-income example pushing roughly $5,600/year while conveniently leaving out the $500–$600 per-week maintenance fees. The Krystal waiver is a purchaser giving up their 5-day right — which Article 1 makes non-waivable, so the waiver itself is illegal. Was an illegal waiver used on you?
